Towells recognise that moving house is, at best, a challenging experience and at worst, a stressful and exasperating ordeal. Our objective is to shoulder that burden for you, by providing a service which is not only expert and efficient, but is also friendly and calming. Towells offer sound practical advice and assistance at every stage, from our initial involvement right through to Completion. We will be responsible for dealing with the Third Parties and handling everything, to include the unexpected.
If you are embarking on the purchase of a new house, it will be our duty to have everything ready and in place, to enable you to move in on the agreed date. Your only job will be to turn that new house into your family home. For our part, we will manage and monitor the process throughout, to include advising upon Survey. We will attend to specific issues such as Mortgage Conditions, Stamp Duty or Covenants. If you are selling your house, we will maintain close contact with your Buyer’s Solicitor and ensure that the required property forms and Lists of Fixtures and Fittings are dealt with properly. We will check the position in respect of any Estate Agent’s Fees and related Agreements. We will be on hand to advise throughout, right through to Completion.
Even in the best managed sale or purchase, you may be involved in a property chain. We will, however, assist and advise throughout and do our utmost to work with the other Parties’ Representatives. In due course, we will also assist those selling their property with the required Home Information Pack (effective 1 June, 2007).
Our Expert Team is also available to assist with Re-mortgaging, Transfers of Equity, New Build properties and all related transactions.
